If you haven’t heard of American Flatbread (www.foodremembers.com), and you live on the Central Coast, you need to check it out. Our close friends, Warren and Gloria, introduced us to “Flatbread” as we call it now a little over a year ago and now we’re addicted! We went last night with a big group of family and friends and had a great time.

American Flatbread is a restaurant/food distributor that specializes in organic pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven. Gourmet pizza combinations are invented almost weekly, and the special of the night is always hard to pass up. They’re only open on Friday and Saturday nights, and they are located in Los Alamos.
