Not So Photogenic

Isaac had his 1 year pictures taken this morning. We have been having his pictures taken every 3 months for his first year. He had a tough time at the 3 month pictures because he had a rough morning that day and pictures were in the afternoon. The 6 and 9 month pictures went really well. 12 months was another story. The funny noises we used to make to get him to smile don’t make him laugh anymore, he is walking this time and likes to walk off the studio set up, and he is in between sizes of clothes. I am sure they will turn out great, but there were a few more obstacles to overcome this time.

It is amazing how fast the first year went by. Every week we notice more and more personality peeking through. No longer a baby, he is our little man.

Isaac in the Pumpkin Patch

In October, my cousin Lindsey and I took our kids to the Avila Barn to get a pumpkin. Unfortunately, my camera decided this was the day it would turn off and not turn back on. I was able to get a couple pictures before the unfortunate event. I am mourning the loss of our camera- the new one we got isn’t quite the same.

Here’s a great picture of the little man posing for a photo… well, almost posing. He had trouble sitting still. This was taken just before Isaac really started walking. He could take a couple steps but wasn’t very balanced yet.

Here we go!

So I finally decided to start blogging and get some pictures up on the
net of the 3 of us. Okay, maybe mostly pictures of Isaac but hey, we’ll
try.

Isaac is growing so fast these days. We so enjoy him and his sweet little personality.

This picture was taken about a month ago while he was enjoying dinner at
Nana’s house. I just love it. He’s having a blast. This is probably the
last picture taken before his first haircut. Mom didn’t even cry!
